FOOTPRINT - 2021

Jasmine was contracted as a Volunteer Production Manager for Footprint, a remote 3D animation short film, where she was tasked with recruiting a remote team and launching the film into pre-production from its initial storyboard concept.

Accomplishments:

· Decreased expenses from $26,000 to $3,500 by implementing developmental software and production workflow.

· Trained 24+ artists to use Prism & Google File Stream for asset creation and cloud computing.

· Completed a 3-month project reorganization to improve efficiency and resources, recruiting over 21 artists.

BURNT COOKIES - 2020

As the Production Manager of Burnt Cookies, a 3D animated short film, Jasmine’s team successfully completed deadlines despite the initial outbreak of COVID-19 causing challenges for file-sharing away from the studio.

Accomplishments:

· Selected amongst a limited group of peers by a professor to create a tutorial video on integrating Google File Stream with Artella Pipeline for animation short films.

· Mentored a peer in a separate animation team in spreadsheet management, pipeline setups, and project proposals.

· Burnt Cookies was selected to screen at Texas A&M's VIZ Fall Show 2020, a competitive university-wide film & animation show.

JACK & HIS LUMBER - 2019

Jasmine volunteered to step in as the Production Manager of Jack & His Lumber, a CG animated short film, where the team was without a senior peer for technical guidance.

Accomplishments:

· Implemented weekly sprint boards to track deliverables during production on a 3-month deadline.

· Scheduled tutoring sessions for the Jack & His Lumber team in using the animation pipeline & rendering scenes with Pixar Renderman.

· Jack & His Lumber was selected to screen at Texas A&M's VIZ Fall Show 2019, a competitive university-wide film & animation show.

BRIGHT IDEAS - 2018

As the lead CG Modeler for Bright Ideas, a 3D animated short film, Jasmine created the original story and assisted in set dressing, sound effects, and layout.

Accomplishments:

· Selected as the Production Manager’s Protégé in learning how to lead other animation film teams.

· Modeled and set-dressed 80% of assets in the environment.

· Bright Ideas was selected to screen at Texas A&M's VIZ Fall Show 2018, a competitive university-wide film & animation show.
